We are able to remove backgrounds and some minimal editing of your photo without further cost.

PROCESS: Made using sublimation *Permanent & Non-Removable * Ink will not fade or peel even with consistent washing. This is not made using vinyl! You will receive a digital proof of your tumbler for approval. Colors may not be exact and there may be minor imperfections.

SHIPPING: All cups orders are printed by hand and shipped within 1-5 business days, after digital proof has been accepted, We ship USPS or UPS with 3-5 days transit time. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. We carefully pack all tumblers in boxes to ensure your product arrives in pristine condition. Tracking is included in each order. We do our best to complete orders as quickly as possible.

PERSONALIZATION: Digital Proof will be provided within 2 business days. Please put any additional personalization in the comments or message shop directly with photos. All sales are final and non-refundable as they are customized items made to order.

PHOTO QUALITY: The quality of your custom item is the result of the quality of the photo you provide. When submitting your photo make sure image is clear and brightly lit.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Recommend washing by hand to preserve insulated tumbler but the dishwasher will not impact design.
